Welcome to CloneUpdater, the easiest
way to update your clones!
What can CloneUpdater do?
The CloneUpdater can:
- Update your clone data with information from the
UniGene Database.
- Change or add information in your clone data
- Identify Distinct Clones in your clone data, i.e. the CloneUpdater
retrieves one clone per cluster and places it into the Distinct Clone
file.
- Identify Redundant Clones. Redundant Clones are those that are
from clusters already represented in the Distinct Clones file.
- Identify the clones not found in the Unigene Database due to filtering
or because the clone has not been submitted to the dbEST.
